8am for morning appointments
1pm for afternoon appointments

*We offer pre-bookable appointments up to 4 weeks in advance subject to availability

Please be aware, when you are calling to book an appointment, the Admin Team will ask you for a brief description of the problem you are calling about. This is to ensure you are booked in with the most appropriate clinician/service. All Practice staff are bound by the same confidentiality agreement as our clinicians; please assist our team to ensure the best outcome. We ask that you be respectful towards our staff at all times.

Extended Hours

Extended hours appointments are available from 7.30am on a Monday, Thursday and Friday morning. A small number of pre-bookable appointments will be available each week. Please speak with our reception staff to book an appointment at this time.

Home Visits

If you are housebound and need to book an appointment, Please give as much information to our receptionists. The GP will phone you in the first instance for more information regarding the request, and will then organise a home visit if required.

We advise calling before 10am where possible.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

Please remember to cancel your appointment if you no longer require it, this allows the appointment time to be offered to somone else.
