of the service we provide are very welcome.
Patient Working Group
Following the results of our Patient Satisfaction survey we have
formed a Patient Working Group. Any patient wishing to be involved
in this group should contact the Practice Manager, Mrs Fiona Neill.
Patient Issues Raised In Survey
1. Doctors running behind schedule. We would ask
for patients understanding our doctors do their utmost to see patients
on time, however this can be very difficult on occasions. Receptionists
will advise patients whenever possible if the doctor is running
very late. We would however assure you that this is only for your
convenience; doctors are more than happy to see all their patients
booked in for the day. We do however understand that if the doctor’s
surgery is running very late patients may find this inconvenient
on that particular day and may decide to re-schedule their appointment.
2. Receptionists - We assure patients that the
receptionist will assist with any problems or queries patients have
in a polite and courteous manner.
Our receptionists are there to help you.
